Job summary

Signet Jewelers in El Paso, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and customer experience goals. This role focuses on coaching team members, maintaining standards, and driving profit while ensuring an exceptional store environment.

You will train associates, monitor performance, manage daily operations, and help recruit top talent, all while upholding company policies and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
• Ability to operate POS systems and scanners, and use basic computer software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to reach sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Assistant Store Manager

Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. Our Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements
