Job summary

Zales, part of Signet Jewelers, invites dynamic, driven candidates to join our team as Assistant Store Manager. Use your sales skills to drive results, mentor staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a busy jewelry environment.

You will support the Store Manager, recruit and train team members, enforce company policies, and help achieve sales and profit targets while upholding Signet’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.
