Signet Jewelers Limited, parent of Zales, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wayne, NJ. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, ensure a superior customer experience, and coach a small team to meet standards and targets.

You will recruit and train team members, implement company policies, and uphold service excellence while maintaining integrity and teamwork in a fast-paced jewelry environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Experience operating POS terminals and basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. Our Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties. Job Requirements

A Sampling of our Total Rewards

Base pay, $16.50 - $21.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
