GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Myrtle Beach convenience store. This role supports the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, helps customers with a fast, friendly experience, and leads a team to provide excellent service.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays, with second or third shifts common. You’ll manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising to keep the store energized and profitable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing store team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock levels optimal.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and manage daily cash handling and deposits.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
