You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer service and store performance.

Responsibilities include hiring and training a strong team, managing schedules, inventory, and deposits, and stepping in as acting manager when needed.

• Experience handling cash and basic financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
