Qualifications

• Open Availability: weekends and holidays, plus second or third shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Able to perform physical tasks including cleaning, stocking, and pump area maintenance.
• Minimum age 21+ years.
• Proficient English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
