Gearhead Outfitters in Rogers, AR is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, uphold exceptional guest service, and keep the team motivated on every shift.

You will act as the Store Manager in their absence, oversee inventory, closing duties, and vendor relations, and report to the Store Manager, while driving a welcoming, high‑performing store culture.

• Tackle any challenges with customers, teammates, or vendors with a smile
