Family Dollar in Flora, Mississippi seeks an Assistant Store Manager to assist with store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help with daily activities, merchandise handling, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in retail management preferred. This position is full-time and located on-site at a Family Dollar store in Flora, MS.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
