Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Marysville, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily operations, support customer service, and develop the store team. You will assist with opening and closing, merchandise flow from delivery to floor, and maintaining seasonal displays.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to a safe, friendly shopping environment. Prior retail management experience is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 55 lbs and manage time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal displays.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
