Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Macon, GA is seeking an experienced seasonal store leader to support the Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.

You will help maximize sales by delivering Guest Services, while developing staff and supporting all merchandising and inventory control. The role also involves controlling expenses and shrinkage across store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
