Role Overview:

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include supporting overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and managing merchandising and inventory control.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Flexible schedule
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
