The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in various operational tasks to ensure maximum sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Minimum requirements:

• Age 18 or older
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience

Physical demands: The job requires standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
