Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager helps maximize sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services and inventory control.

The role requires leadership in developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and ensuring merchandising standards throughout the season.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old required.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of Seasonal Store.
• Support Guest Services, inventory control and loss prevention efforts.
• Develop staff and ensure store operates profitably and in line with company policies.

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

Requirements and Physical Demands

The minimum age requirement is 18 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
