Job summary

Spirit Halloween seeks a seasoned leader to support a seasonal store in Albany, GA. You will assist the Store Manager with staffing, merchandising, setup, and teardown, ensuring smooth operations and guest service excellence.

The role requires 18+ years of age and prior retail management experience. You will help manage inventory, control shrinkage, and contribute to store profitability throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing/walking, ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Assist in ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
