Responsibilities & Duties

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services, supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
