The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The role supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, aiming to maximize sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
