Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's

Spencer's

Hourly rate ranges from $18.90 to $19.15 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This includes maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all company policies and procedures.

Minimum age requirement: 18. Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
