Rebel Convenience Stores in Sparks, NV is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, train staff, and step in for the Store Manager when needed.

You will greet customers, handle purchases, resolve issues with professionalism, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe store. You will manage inventory, generate reports, and maintain high standards while enjoying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.

• Mobility: valid driver's license and ability to travel to nearby stores when needed.

• Leading & Supporting: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.


• Delivering Great Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests.


• Managing the Store: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.


• Driving Efficiency: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.
