Job summary

Proven ability to drive retail sales while minimizing loss.
Clear, professional verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead service behaviors to produce sales gains and support KPIs.
Coach associates with documented feedback and guidance.
Maintain visuals with merchandising, signage, cleanliness, and readiness.
Protect Company assets by following policies and best practices.
Assist with scheduling within wage guidelines.
Manage inventory processes including receiving, transfers, price changes, and counts, with accurate documentation.
Open and close the store per procedures and keep records consistent with policy and law.
