The role requires a minimum of 2–3 years in retail with leadership experience and a flexible schedule. You’ll act as a brand ambassador for HEYDUDE, ensure store standards, and participate in inventory, pricing, and promotions while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably with prior store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Champion a positive team culture and share feedback with the team.
• Support daily retail operations including customer service, POS, stock room, pricing, loyalty promotions, and store cleanliness.
