Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and staff development at our Santa Rosa location. The role involves helping with daily store activities, organizing merchandise, and maintaining clean, organized floors and stockrooms.

The position emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions in a positive manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store displays and promotional fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom neat and well-stocked.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Maintain a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff.
