Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.

• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor as needed, maintaining seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling as required.
• Maintain promotional displays and overall store cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in training and developing Store Associates.
• Uphold safety, policies, and loss prevention standards.
