Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Quinlan, TX location to support daily operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with store functions, merchandise flow, opening/closing procedures, and loss prevention while delivering friendly, high-energy service.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, with responsibilities spanning payroll, scheduling, and ensuring a clean, stocked, and welcoming store environment. Part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or grocery customer service.
• Ability to supervise and develop store staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.

• Support merchandise flow from delivery to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.

• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional materials.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; aid loss prevention.
• Ensure a clean, well-stocked, organized store environment.
• Protect company assets and security of cash.
• Supervise and train Store Associates; promote a safe, respectful environment.
