This role assists with merchandising, opening/closing duties, scheduling, payroll records, and loss prevention, while keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support in loss prevention and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and presentable store areas.
• Help train and develop store associates.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
