Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and ability to interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform regular movement and lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention processes.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates as needed.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
