Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and daily store operations.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting Store Manager in their absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments to maintain service quality.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
