Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise flows smoothly from truck to stockroom to sales floor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, processing directives, maintaining displays, and supporting payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
