Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in West Mifflin, PA. You will assist the Store Manager in daily retail operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of management experience; internal candidates with 6 months in a leadership role at Goodwill SWPA will also be considered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent AND 1 year of management experience required.
• Internal candidates with High school diploma or equivalent AND 6 months of experience in Goodwill Team Leader role.
