Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver friendly, customer-focused service. You will co-lead staff, ensure policy adherence, and manage shifts for a smooth and welcoming store experience.

This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced nonprofit retail environment, with evenings and weekends required and local travel occasionally

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of management experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead staff, prioritize tasks, and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to staff, program participants, donors, and customers to achieve production and quality goals, meet sales expectations, and ensure the store/outlet operates efficiently.
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures required of retail staff, so that retail operations reflect both a positive internal and external appearance.
