Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to energize our sports retail experience in Savannah. You will guide sales, service, and team development while ensuring store standards and loss prevention.

This role requires leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach to daily store performance. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive KPI achievement, maintain visual merchandising, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues or customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead store associates through LIDS Training Programs and regular follow-up with goals for sales and tasks.
• Administer disciplinary steps, including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and align with company objectives.
• Adhere to Lids Brand Standards, including dress code and store presentation.
