Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, interpret, and explain directives and store policies.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store functions and activities.
• Support customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures and payroll/scheduling records.
• Support loss prevention and keep store areas neat and compliant with policies.
• Help supervise and develop Store Associates to maintain a positive environment.
