Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our Murray, UT store. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a high-energy retail environment.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to company standards, while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive team culture and ensuring loss prevention and store standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team to meet sales targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage store schedules and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute, and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs and customer service excellence.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
• Ensure customers participate in Lids membership programs and in-store offers.
• Adhere to visual guidelines, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Open/close the store, manage cash handling and bank drops.
