Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in New Brighton, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations alongside the Store Manager and District Manager. You will train associates, deliver excellent customer service, greet customers, manage stocking, pricing, and cash register duties, and ensure health and safety standards are followed.

Some evenings and weekends required. Responsibilities include supervising staff, driving sales, maintaining merchandise, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Dependable, independent transportation.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Retail convenience store experience helpful but not required.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivate store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Suggest merchandise purchases and promote sales.
• Learn and operate cash register and related equipment.
• Stock, price, and face merchandise; manage shelving and backroom storage.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with health and safety rules.
• Enforce security policies and handle store transactions.
• Work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.
