Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to share responsibility for store operations with the Store Manager. You will train associates, monitor compliance with policies, and ensure efficient paperwork and dashboards for daily activities.

The role requires managing staff, delivering strong customer service, stocking, pricing, and maintaining health and safety standards while meeting shift expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a way to be contacted by phone.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous convenience store experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales.
• Assist in training and motivation of store personnel.
• Provide appropriate customer service and greet customers.
• Encourage merchandise purchases and upsell.
• Operate cash register and keep checkout accurate.
• Stock and face merchandise, manage shelf layout and backstock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with health/safety rules.
• Handle shift transactions and report discrepancies to managers.
