Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-service convenience store in Erie, PA. The role shares store operations with the Store Manager and includes staff training, policy adherence, and customer service duties.

The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong multitasking and communication skills. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Dependable, independent transportation; personal vehicle preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and strong organizational/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivation of store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate POS/cash register and related equipment.
• Stock and face merchandise; manage storage and rotation to prevent spoilage.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with Health Department rules.
• Handle transactions accurately and report cash/shortages to Store Manager.
• Work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.
