Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a high-paced retail team in Florida. You will drive customer satisfaction, supervise daily operations, and ensure achievement of financial targets while representing the Curaleaf brand.

The role requires open weekday/evening/weekend availability and occasional overnight travel. Experience in a regulated industry, strong leadership, and cash handling skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience in a high-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong cash handling and POS operation skills.
• Proven leadership and revenue-driven mindset.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned by Store Management.
• Maximize revenue opportunities through proactive communication with leadership and partners.
• Monitor customer service quality and coach team members accordingly.
• Oversee store operations including scheduling, cash handling, and bookkeeping basics.
• Manage inventory trends and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Maintain knowledge of computer systems and software used (e.g., POS, LeafLogix).
• Travel to other locations for training or coverage when required.
