Job Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager PT, your responsibilities include:

  1. Producing sales gains by providing excellent customer service.
  2. Meeting or exceeding company objectives in all individual statistics.
  3. Providing consistent, documented appraisals of sales performance and offering constructive feedback.
  4. Adhering to visual merchandising guidelines, signage, and store cleanliness standards.
  5. Maintaining a professional appearance in line with the Dress Code Policy.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Supervising store associates, participating in training, and assisting in recruitment.
  2. Ensuring compliance with company policies and safeguarding assets.
  3. Managing store operations including inventory, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and record-keeping.
  4. Communicating effectively with all levels of staff and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and minimize loss.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and software.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work independently.
