Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• May assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Participate in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation under guidance of Store Manager.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to staff and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and assist customers during peak periods.
