Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing and moving merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and manage communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for storefronts.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, record keeping (payroll, scheduling, cash deposits).
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom per standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash; ensure safety policies are followed.
• Help store manager supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
