Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Palm Bay, FL to assist with store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help with opening/closing procedures, merchandising, scheduling, and ensuring a safe, customer-friendly environment.

The role emphasizes leadership of store associates, maintaining stockrooms and floors, and executing corporate directives while upholding company policies. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive and approachable manner.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain fixtures and displays and ensure promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets including cash and facilities.
• Adhere to policies, safety guidelines, and procedures.
• Help store manager supervise, train, and develop associates.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
