Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus; training provided.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily store huddle and set the tone for the team.
• Coach and mentor a team of 4-5 technicians.
• Oversee inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delight customers with an inviting, safe, and efficient experience.
• Grow through hands-on training and development.
• Bust tires: install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Manage store floor operations; no desk only role.
