Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in San Antonio, TX. You will lead a team of technicians, coach performance, and ensure a safe, smooth customer experience while maintaining tire and accessory inventories.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Busting tires: Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels
• Coaching a team: Train, mentor, and coach a team of 4-5 technicians
• Managing: Organize new and existing inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts
• Delighting customers: Providing an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience
• Growing: Learn by doing with hands-on, on-the-job training and development
