You’ll manage tire and wheel inventory, coach a 4–5 member team, and ensure safe, efficient operations while delivering outstanding customer service and a strong store performance.

Qualifications

• Coach and mentor a team of 4–5 technicians to deliver safe, timely service.
• Provide an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience.
• Lead on-floor operations, training, and daily store activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and safety-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Busting tires: install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Coach a team of technicians to achieve daily targets.
• Organize inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delight customers with a safe and efficient service experience.
