This part-time role requires a high school diploma, prior store-management experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will assist with inventory, merchandising, safety, and payroll tasks while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in store management in retail/grocery/drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions.
• Organize merchandise and manage stock transfers.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.

• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Help supervise and train store associates.
• Protect company assets and follow policies.
