Job summary

You will assist with daily store activities, supervise associates, and help ensure a clean, organized shopping environment. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a willingness to lead, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs while working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and guest service skills.
• Experience leading a small team in a retail setting is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays and ensure store cleanliness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and record keeping.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash deposit processes.
• Protect assets and ensure adherence to store policies and safety guidelines.
