Job summary

Dollar Tree in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run store operations, elevate customer service, and develop a high-performing team. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, organize merchandise, supervise associates, and ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting shopping environment.

The role is part-time with opportunities for growth and training, including inventory control, payroll records, and visual merchandising

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize, transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and handling damaged merchandise.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store areas and displays.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Protect store assets and support loss prevention.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
