Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and endure walking, standing, bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a friendly, positive manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from truck to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Implement corporate directives and communications.
• Maintain store displays and promotional fixtures.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Protect cash and assets; follow safety policies.
• Train and develop store associates; supervise store team.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Keep bathrooms and store clean; manage trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
