Job summary

Maverik, Inc. is hiring for a team member to support our 24/7 store operations in Idaho. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will lead by example, train and mentor teammates, and help maintain safe facilities and accurate records. Qualified candidates have 1+ year of supervisory experience and ServeSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible Schedule required for 24/7 stores, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interpersonal and communication skills for exceptional customer service.
• Collected under pressure while delivering outstanding service.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking.
• 1 year+ supervisory experience preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification current or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and oversee tasks of Team Members.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supervision of Team Members.
• Ensure safety by inspecting facilities and equipment.
• Complete general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
