Job summary

Maverik, Inc. in Logan, UT is hiring a team member to support daily store operations, lead by example, and ensure exceptional customer service across shifts. The role involves supervising Team Members, training, mentoring, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

You’ll handle general reporting, assist with inventory, and participate in early morning or late shifts as needed. A ServSafe certification is preferred, and a 21+ age requirement applies, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 21+ years old to apply.
• Flexible schedule for 24/7 store operations, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer experiences.
• Maintain composure under pressure while delivering excellent service.
• Proven or preferred supervisory experience (1 year+).

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing.
