Maverik, Inc. is hiring for a team-oriented supervisor in South Dakota. The role involves leading Team Members, training, and ensuring daily store operations run safely and efficiently.

You will support reporting tasks, assist with supervision, and help maintain high safety standards while providing excellent customer experiences. The store operates 24/7 with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.

• 1 year+ supervisory experience preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification currently certified or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by fulfilling and overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supervision of all Team Members.
• Support facility safety inspections and equipment upkeep.
• Handle general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
